The quickest way to submit an application for the Liquidity Loan is to send the completed application and all required attachments by e-mail to the following address: pozyczki@warr.pl in the form of scans signed by a person authorised to represent the Applicant. Please include a note in the subject line of your e-mail: Application - Liquidity Loan.
Completed applications and required attachments can also be delivered in paper form to the office of WARR SA: ul. Kwiatkowskiego 4, 52-407 Wrocław (Business House building, second floor). The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the following note: Application - Liquid Loan. Please write the full name of the Applicant on the envelope. Envelopes should be addressed to Wrocławska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego SA.
As WARR SA office is currently closed due to an epidemic situation, please leave envelopes with completed applications at the reception desk, which is located on the ground floor of the building.

- not less than 20%, calculated as the ratio of the total revenues in the period after 1 January 2020 to the day preceding the date of submission of the application, in comparison with the total revenues in the corresponding 2 consecutive calendar months of the previous year;
- not less than 25%, calculated as the ratio of revenues from any given calendar month after 1 January 2020 to the month preceding the month in which the application was submitted.

- Loan amount up to: PLN 180 000
- Withdrawals in tranches
- Repayment period up to 60 months + up to 12 months (grace/vacation)
- Equal or decreasing monthly interest and capital installments
- Possibility of up to 12 months grace period in principal payments
- Possibility of up to 6 months in principal and interest installments
- Interest on terms more favourable than market terms: from 0%
- No fees or commissions
- Collateral: blank promissory note (obligatory) + other collateral used by the Financial Intermediary
