Innovation vouchers are run by PARP and come in two varieties. Both are intended for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and concern R&D projects.
The first stage has been called the service stage and its implementation allows for financing the purchase of R&D services from scientific entities. This action is aimed at developing cooperation between companies and scientific entities. On the other hand, the service itself is intended to lead to a new or significantly improved product, service, technology or new design. At stage I, possible co-financing amounts to as much as 85% of the project value, the maximum value of which is 400 000 PLN. Grant applications may be submitted for initiatives worth at least PLN 60 000. However, according to the new regulations, the deadline for submitting applications has been extended to 30 September.
The second stage of innovative services for enterprises is the investment level. It is intended for companies which received funding at the previous stage and are looking for support to implement the innovation created. In order to implement this project, financial assistance may be obtained for the purchase of machinery and equipment and the purchase of patents, licences, know-how and other intellectual property rights. Applications for this phase may be submitted until 30 December. What's more, you can receive 70% of the funding for all these elements. However, the value of the project may not exceed PLN 800 000. The purpose of vouchers is to support the environment and potential of enterprises to conduct RDI activity. The advantage of the calls is their range - applications may be submitted by enterprises from all over Poland, including the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
